Product Information

GF 109203X produced by FUJIFILM Wako Chemical Corporation

GF 109203X is a protein kinase c PKC inhibitor with high selectivity whose structure is similar to that of staurosporine (IC50 = 10 nmol/L). It is the most potent and most highly selective substance among bisindolylmaleimides, which have an inhibatory action on protein kinase C.

When used with U0126 this inhibitor stably maintains the differentiation potential of human embryonic stem cells and iPS cells.
