CultureSure™ Forskolin, manufactured by FUJIFILM Wako Pure Chemical Corporation.
Forskolin is an activator of adenylate cyclase. It induces differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells into neurons when used in conjunction with bFGF and is also used in culture liver organoids. Additionally, it has been reported to have inotropic, intraocular pressure lowering, bronchodilator, and lipolytic effects by activating adenylyl cyclase and promoting cAMP secretion in the body.
