Flt3 Ligand, Human Recombinant produced by FUJIFILM Wako Chemical Corporation
FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3 ligand (Flt3l) promotes the proliferation of hematopoietic progenitors in the bone marrow. Although the molecule has weak biological properties by itself, when combined with SCF or TPO it has the ability to multiply CD34+ cells in umbilical blood by several thousand times. Flt3l can also amplify myeloid colonies in combination with GM-SCF and M-CSF, as well as promote the proliferation of undifferentiated B cells in combination with IL-3, 7, and 11.
This is a cytokine manufactured without using animal materials in the culture and purification processes.
Due to the small amount of this product, the contents may not be visible.
Centrifuge the vial prior to opening.
