Mouse recombinant Interleukin-3 (IL-3) produced by FUJIFILM Wako Chemical Corporation
Interleukin 3 (IL-3) is a lymphokine produced by activated T cells, is also a growth factor for blood stem cells, and is involved in the proliferation of various series of cells such as mast cell, megakaryocyte, erythroblast, eosinophil, and preB cell.

Lyophilised without additives
Molecular weight: 15,100
Biological activity: The ED50 is less than 0.05 ng/ml, determined by its ability to stimulate the proliferation of mouse M-NFS-60 cells, corresponding to a specific activity of >12x107 units/mg.
Reconstitute in water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0mg/ml. This working solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers.
Endotoxin: less than 0.1ng/µg
Store at -20°C.
