PA tag Washing Solution produced by FUJIFILM Wako Chemical Corporation

PA tag Washing Solution is used to regenerate Anti-PA tag Antibody Beads. Anti PA tag Antibody Beads are provided as slurry of agarose beads with immobilized Anti PA tag rat monoclonal antibody. This product is used for the purification of PA tag fusion proteins by immunoprecipitation. After the PA tagged fusion proteins are purified the beads can be washed with the weakly acidic PA tag Washing Solution enabling them to be re-used.
