This standard height semi-skirted design of plate has a low rim around the top of each well which helps to prevent accidental cross contamination. The plate has a shaped side and flat top. The plate has a printed alphanumeric reference in a sharply contrasting black colour for easy well identification, and an orientation cut in position A12.
