SealPlate® ColorTab™ Sealing Film Non Sterile sheets with green colour tab dots for Lab use, storage, incubation, ELISA, and EIA assays.

SealPlate® ColorTab™ 50µm thickness sealing films minimize evaporation, prevent spillage and contamination between wells, and provide a secure seal, not just a cover. Secure sealing of all wells eliminates edge effects in sensitive ELISA assays (e.g. greater evaporation in the outside plate wells). They can also be used with tissue-culture plates for short-term storage, incubation, and containment of biohazards.

This rigid polyester film is easy-to-remove with good clarity. Can be used as a temporary economical seal while awaiting further processing.

These unique sealing films include a colour dot and white writing area on each end tab for plate ID labelling. End tabs with backing removed adhere to the ends of the plate and are perforated so they can be left in place to maintain plate identity even if the centre portion of the sealing film is removed. Alternatively, one inscribed colour-coded end tab can be removed and pasted in a laboratory notebook while the other remains on the plate for identification.

SealPlate sealing films can also be used with tissue-culture plates for short-term storage, incubation, and containment of biohazards. SealPlate sealing films are non-pierceable. In the pack, each SealPlate sealing film measures 79.4 x 146.1mm. The Green ColourTab pack of sealing films are supplied in non-sterile individual-colour packs of 100. The functional temperature range is from -40C to +120C.
