SealMate™ Dispenser Starter Kit with 2 rolls of AeraSeal™ film for Cell, Tissue, and Bacterial Cultures

The SealMate AeraSeal Starter Kit features a re-usable dispenser and two rolls of perforated film. The system includes a moulded polypropylene dispenser with a hinged ‘clamshell’ design and sealing films supplied in a novel sheeted-roll configuration with cost-effective replacement rolls sold separately. Replacement rolls can be easily installed by releasing the locking clasps on the dispenser.

Easy to Use:
1.Pull out one seal easily using thumb and forefinger notch
2.Apply to plate
3.Anchor the film to the plate at dispenser end
4.Squeeze dispenser to activate compression-brake mechanism to prevent accidental release of additional seals
5.Tear at perforation by rotating dispenser sideways, do not pull up
6.Seal with smooth lower surface of dispenser
7.Stand upright on end hub for storage

The dispenser allows microplates to be sealed three times faster than using sheeted films. Each sheet is separated by an adhesive-free, perforated, removable, colour-coded red band. The sheeted-roll reduces waste with no paper liner to remove and discard, using ~59% less material than AeraSeal sheeted film.

Ideal for use under the hood; the SealMate Dispenser protects unused seals from contamination alongside the lower support prop which prevents dispensing bill from contacting surfaces.
