Microplate cellGrade™ 384-well, PS, sterile, white, transparent 'F' bottom, 120 µl, 5 pcs with lids

Microplate cellGrade™ white 384-well transparent F-bottom manufactured by BRAND®.

Produced from pure, newly synthesized polystyrene with a sterile, hydrophilic surface comprised of freely accessible chemical groups, such as carboxyl and hydroxyl groups, allowing for indirect adhesion of cells.
The white surface will reflect light to maximise signal in luminescence assays.

Can be used with white vinyl sealing film (LW2795) to maximise signal in luminescence assays. Affix seal to the top of the plate when using instruments that read from beneath the well; for intruments that measure above the plate apply to the base of the plate to create a 'solid' white plate.
Suitable for all ANSI/SLAS conforming analytic equipment.

The F-bottom well is designed for precise optical measurements and is well suited for colorimetric determinations as well as cell culture and microscopy applications. The transparent bottom of the plate allows for easy viewing of samples within the wells.

Pinch bar design of the plate supports working with robots, and the rounded well design allows for optimal uniform meniscus formation.
