Designed for optimal heat transfer and sample security, these strip tubes with attached hinged strip of caps for PCR offer excellent performance and value. The tube strips have uniform thin walls engineered to give the most efficient environment for rapid thermal transfer. This enables optimal yields in your methods and applications. Wall thickness is 0.20mm compared to thicker 0.25mm of many competitor’s PCR tubes. Ultra thin walls ensure efficient thermal transfer and thus maximum yield. Domed caps ensure better heat transfer from thermal cycler lids. The caps are expertly engineered to provide an easy seal for greater comfort when sealing. The attached hinged design ensure the right cap goes on the correct tube every time minimising contamination. The caps and tubes can be re-sealed for storage of samples and have an end tab for easy removal.
