Hyaluronic Acid HA Control Set manufactured by FUJIFILM Wako Pure Chemical Corporation

Ready to use HA QC material for the Wako Hyaluronic Acid immunoturbidimetric latex assay (993-81001/999-81101). Controls are supplied in two levels and contain sodium hyaluronate from streptococcus zooepidemicus in phosphate buffer. The assigned values are lot dependant and determined by measuring hyaluronic acid using the Wako Hyaluronic Acid LT reagent and calibrator which is traceable to the manufacturer’s internal standard whose value was established using the carbazole-sulphuric acid method.
