The Nerbe premium surface EcoRacks offer a sustainable alternative to conventional pipette tip boxes. The completely paper-based packaging, combined with reinforced cardboard, ensures safe and reliable storage of the pipette tips. At the same time, it guarantees easy disposal and significantly reduces plastic waste in the laboratory.
These filter pipette tips are optimised for the highest precision and reproducibility in a pipetting cycle. The ultra-smooth surfaces prevent loss of material through adsorption and reduced DNA denaturation. These qualities improve efficiencies of test sequences by cutting down on costs associated with expensive reagents.
Medical grade polypropylene resin without harmful additives, coatings, and heavy metals, is used in the manufacture of the premium surface filter tips. The tips have superior clarity and are designed with clear graduation lines and have a flexible tip collar for an improved, snug tip-fit.
The filter in each tip is manufactured from high-grade polyethylene and has a small pore size that provides an effective barrier against aerosol contamination.
