Product Information

After being secreted from various cells, extracellular vesicles (EVs) stably exist in body fluids and are currently attracting a lot of clinical attention as a messenger for cell-to-cell communication and biomarkers for disease, among many others.

EV-SaveTM Extracellular Vesicle Blocking Reagent for in vivo is a polymer reagent to prevent the adsorption of extracellular vesicles in cell culture supernatants to labware such as tubes, containers and pipette tips, thus minimising the loss of EVs during experiments and storage.

Also protects EVs against freezing, allowing storage of up to -80°C.

In vivo blocking reagent uses only ingredients with molecular weights that allow the product to be excreted outside the body and therefore able to be used in animal experiments.
