Product Information

The Clarit-E Mini Wide Electroblotting System is a complete stand alone sub blot system for Western blotting. The versatile design of the Clarit-E tank allows the unit to be easily adapted for Vertical Page or IEF with capillary tube gels using the relevant optional insert.
Transfer capability for up to 4 gels in as little as an hour; low intensity transfers can be performed over night. Platinum wire electrodes 8cm apart generate a powerful electric field for efficient transfer. The cool pack which, when frozen before use, slots into the tank to provide a low cost efficient heat sink during fast high intensity transfers. Open design rigid cassettes maximise current transfer and eliminate 'shadow band' formation, colour coded to ensure proper orientation within the blotting system.

Includes Mini Wide Vertical gel tank, lid, power cables, platinum wire electrode blotting insert, 4x compression cassettes and 16x fibre pads.
