APEX® Tamper Evident Screw-Cap Microcentrifuge Tubes
Ideal for all applications requiring a tamper evident seal, the Alpha Laboratories range of APEX® ‘Tamper-Evident’ Screw Cap Microcentrifuge Tubes also has a multitude of benefits when used in your laboratory.
They are ideal for freezer storage, boiling applications, centrifugation, etc. and will fit most standard microcentrifuge rotors.
When the cap is screwed onto the tube, the tamper-evident sealing ring is automatically placed. When unscrewed, the ring is detached from the cap and remains in its position, showing clearly that the tube was opened.
Both the caps and the tubes are manufactured from the same, durable polypropylene so will expand and contract at the same rate, offering a reliable seal. Additional ‘Tamper-Evident’ caps are also available.
