How to order
1. Choose your mLINE® or Proline® Plus pipette(s) from the ordering table above.
2. Download & print the pipette decontamination declaration form Click Here
3. Package your pipette(s) including the signed decontamination form ready for collection.
4. Place your order with Alpha Laboratories by telephone, fax or email, clearly stating the promotional code QM872A for the trade-in offer. It's important to remember to include the code otherwise the discounted price will not be applied. Please provide contact details for our Customer Services team to arrange collection of your pipette(s).
5. Alpha Customer Services will call you to arrange a free of charge courier collection. When the traded pipette(s) have been received at Alpha Laboratories, your new pipette(s) will be despatched and invoiced at the special discounted price.
6. Please do not send the traded pipette(s) to us by any other means as this will result in a delay in the despatch of your new one(s).
