Particular emphasis has been put on safety, ergonomics and efficiency in pipetting as well as on the high quality of the device.

Proline Plus pipettes cover the full volume range of 0.1µl-10ml in both adjustable and fixed volume models.

Pipetting forcesErgonomics

Proline Plus offers light operating forces and an ergonomic shape for a pleasant pipetting experience. The pipettes fit comfortably in smaller hands which struggle with bulkier units and are equally suited to both left and right-handed users. Repetitive strain injuries are therefore avoided.

Safe-Cone Filters

These unique and replaceable polyethylene (PE) filters act as a barrier to prevent any fluids and liquid vapours from reaching the internal components of the pipette. This results in several benefits:

  • Pipette and sample are protected from contamination
  • Pipette lifetime is maximised
  • Maintenance intervals are extended
  • Good value for money

There are two types of Safe-Cone filter

Standard Range - For general purpose use

Plus Range - For more demanding applications such as radioactive studies, cell culture, bacterial and virological work and molecular biology

Safe-Cone filters are available for all models with a volume greater than 10µl They should be replaced after 50-250 pipetting cycles.
