eLINE Electronic Pipettes
The Biohit eLINE range of eLINE pipettes takes analytical performance and ergonomic innovation to a new level. It’s fully electronic operation, including motorised tip ejection, ensures consistent, user-independent results. What’s more, it takes the effort out of pipetting and significantly reduces the risk of repetitive strain injury (RSI).
The comprehensive set of built-in programs streamines work steps and can double the speed of pipetting compared with a mechanical unit.
eLINE is available in single channel models from 0.2-5000µl and multi-channel models from 0.2-1200µl.

It is recommended to keep your eLINE pipette in a stand when not in use. There are several options, details of which are shown below. Charging stands have a separate power supply and keep your eLINE charged up and ready to go.

Safe-Cone Filters
These unique and replaceable polyethylene (PE) filters act as a barrier to prevent any fluids and liquid vapours from reaching the internal components of the pipette. This results in several benefits:
- Pipette and sample are protected from contamination
- Pipette lifetime is maximised
- Maintenance intervals are extended
- Value for money
There are two types of Safe-Cone filter
Standard
Range
- For general purpose use
Plus Range – For more demanding applications such as radioactive
work, cell culture, bacterial and virological work and molecular biology
Safe-Cone filters are available for all models with a volume greater than 10µl They should be replaced after 50-250 pipetting cycles.
