There are many ways to order from Alpha Laboratories. These include telephone, fax, post, email and on-line. You can even create an order pad on-line and then post, fax or email this to us.
You can also choose how to pay for your order - you can open an account, pay by credit/debit card or via PayPal (if ordering via our on-line shop) All prices quoted on this website are for UK delivery only.
Information we will need in order to process your order quickly:
- Name
- Company/Institute
- Your Full address including department
- Postcode
- Purchase Order number
- Account code (if you know this)
- Invoice address (if different from delivery address)
- Product codes and quantities

Quotation number - this will ensure you get the correct pricing

A copy of your certificate if claiming VAT exemption
We accept the following methods of payment:
Delivery
Free Next Day
For orders over £80 UK delivery is free*. We aim to dispatch all stock items ordered before 4.45pm for delivery before 5.30pm the next working day.
Express Delivery
This can be arranged by 10.00am or 12 noon next day for a small additional charge
* A £10.00 charge applies to orders under £80.
Returns
Please contact Customer Services on 02380 483000 to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number. We will then arrange collection for you. Please note that in some cases it may not be possible to accept returned goods. For more information on our returns policy please see our Terms & Conditions
